SportCount Europe's FAQ

Why should I order from you?
We are Europe’s primary authorized distributer of the SportCount range. This means you can always expect a high level of customer service – something we pride ourselves on. Due to our location in mainland Europe, we are able to respond quickly and efficiently to our customers needs. Please take a look at what some of our customers have said.

Will I be charged for shipping?

  • UK orders are charged £0.00 and are shipped using Royal Mail's 'First Class' service. Delivery will normally take place within 1-3 working days.
  • European orders are charged £0.00 and are shipped by Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service. Delivery will normally take place within 5-7 working days.
  • Worldwide orders are charged £10.95 and are shipped by Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service. Delivery will normally take place within 7-10 working days.

For same day posting, please complete your order by 4pm. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day. Should you require guaranteed next day delivery, please contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, a secure, online transaction. This means we do not keep a record of your credit card details. Please be aware that you do not have to create an account to make your payment. Should you wish to pay by cheque, please send it to us with your name, address, contact telephone number and order.

What if an item is out of stock?
The website will clearly state that an item is out of stock along with a date when we expect to be able to ship. If you continue with your order you will automatically be placed at the top of our waiting list. Alternatively, please take a look at one of our other products. We thank you for your understanding and patience in these circumstances.

What if something goes wrong?
Your SportCount has a one-year warranty. In the unlikely event that it develops a fault, please return it to us to look at.

Do you have a Privacy Policy?
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number (s). We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase.  We may use this information to send you details or special offers relating to products that we feel you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive this information please contact us. Rest assured we do not disclose private information to third parties.
